Refund and Returns Policy


Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several purchases are not returnable / refundable.

Plan payments

Payments done for phone service are usually not eligible for refunds.

In some scenarios, if we have collected payment from the customer but have not yet forwarded the payment to the carrier, there may be some cases where the customer may be eligible for some refund. If the customer speaks to us during the same business day as the credit card charge, we would typically provide a full refund. If the customer speaks to us after the business day as the credit card charge, we would typically provide a 90% refund. However, once the funds have been forwarded to their carrier, there are no longer any refunds applicable.


In a case when a product is eligible for a return, exchange or refund, any accessories purchased along with the returned item are possibly not included in the approval for the return.

To return your product, you MUST first obtain a return approval and only then ship your product to:

Returns without a prior approval with be rejected.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
